Kazakhstan Marble Grinding Production Line

Source: adminDate: 2026-03-18

Project Background

The marble grinding production line for our client in Kazakhstan—commissioned in November 2024—is primarily designed to process marble raw materials with a particle size of 30 mm or less. The finished product features a fineness of 200–300 mesh and is utilized in various sectors, including industrial materials and construction materials. After conducting an on-site visit to a General Machinery production facility and engaging in detailed discussions, the client selected a complete equipment package from General Machinery. This comprehensive solution includes two Raymond mills, a crusher, an elevator, a storage silo, a feeder, an electrical control cabinet, and other auxiliary equipment.

Process Flow

Large raw material lumps are first crushed into smaller pieces by a crusher, then conveyed by an elevator into a small storage bin. A vibrating feeder then draws the material from the bin, feeding it uniformly and steadily into a Raymond mill. Inside the mill, the material is ground to a fineness of approximately 250 mesh.

Qualified fine powder is pneumatically conveyed by a blower to an air classifier situated above the mill for grading; the classified material is subsequently directed into a dust collector for collection. Subsequently, the material is transported by an elevator into a calcination furnace for processing; once calcination is complete, it is again conveyed by an elevator to the finished product silo. The facility is equipped with packaging machines and tanker trucks to facilitate the convenient delivery of the material to its final destination.
