Calcite Grinding Process:
Calcite is primarily composed of calcium carbonate and possesses a Mohs hardness of 3. During processing, large raw material lumps are first crushed using a jaw crusher, then conveyed via a bucket elevator into a grinding mill for pulverization. The ground powder is subsequently classified by an air classifier; the qualified finished product is directed into a storage silo and, finally, packaged for shipment. The entire process centers on crushing, grinding, and classification, while the specific selection of equipment can be determined based on the user's specific requirements.
