Cement Grinding Process Flow
The cement grinding process is generally divided into three types: cement coarse powder processing (0—3MM), fine powder processing (20 mesh - 400 mesh), and ultra-fine powder deep processing of cement (400 mesh - 3250 mesh). Stage 1: Crushing
Large cement materials are crushed by a crusher to the feeding fineness that can enter the grinding mill (15mm-50mm).
Stage 2: Grinding
The crushed small cement materials are sent to the silo by an elevator, and then uniformly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding by conveying equipment.
For fine powder processing, CRLM Vertical Roller Mill and CRRM Raymond Mill are generally selected; for ultra-fine powder processing, CRLMS Superfine Vertical Roller Mill, CRGM Superfine Grinding Mill ; for coarse powder processing, CRLM Vertical Roller Mill is a suitable choice.

Stage 3: Classification
The ground materials are classified by a classifier, and the unqualified powder is returned to the main machine for re-grinding after classification by the classifier.
Stage 4: Powder Collection
The powder that meets the fineness requirements enters the dust collector through the pipeline with the air flow for separation and collection. The collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then uniformly packaged by the powder tank truck or automatic packing machine.
