III. Working Principle of Mobile Crusher
Large materials are evenly transported into the mobile crusher through a feeder. The jaw crusher performs the initial crushing process, and the material is then conveyed by a conveyor to the impact crusher for secondary processing.
The crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen. Material that meets the crushing requirements is discharged by a conveyor, while material that does not meet the requirements is re-crushed in the impact crusher.
The circular vibrating screen forms a closed-circuit system, achieving continuous crushing. The finished material is discharged by a conveyor, continuing the crushing process.
