Working Principle

  1. Feeding: Material is uniformly fed into the hammer crusher via a vibrating or belt feeder.
  2. Crushing: Material is shattered by high-speed rotating hammers and impacted against liners until it reaches the desired size.
  3. Screening: Crushed material is conveyed to a vibrating screen. Oversize material is returned for re-crushing; finished product is separated.
  4. Conveying: A belt conveyor system transports material between feeder, crusher, screen, and final stockpile.
  5. Control & Adjustment: An automated control system monitors operation in real-time, allowing adjustment of feed rate, crusher parameters, and conveyor speed for optimal output.
  6. Mobility: The entire plant is mounted on a mobile chassis, enabling self-propelled movement across rough terrain and quick redeployment.
