Ultrafine grinding mill product features

Ultrafine grinding mill (also known as calcite micro powder mill, limestone micro powder mill, calcium carbonate micro powder mill, talc micro powder mill, barite micro powder mill, gypsum micro powder mill, marble micro powder mill, feldspar micro powder mill, fluorite micro powder mill) is mainly suitable for ultrafine powder processing of medium and low hardness, non-flammable and explosive brittle materials with a Mohs hardness not exceeding 6. Typical applicable materials include calcite, chalk, limestone, carbon black, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potash ore, pumice and more than 100 non-metallic minerals.

The finished product fineness can be adjusted between 325 mesh and 3000 mesh, and the production capacity range is 0.4 to 4.5 tons/hour, meeting the diverse needs from laboratory level to medium-scale industrial production.

Ultrafine grinding mill is widely used in fine powder processing of various non-metallic minerals such as calcite, marble, limestone, talc, barite, brucite, quicklime, gypsum, slag, etc. The finished product particle size can be adjusted from 200 to 3000 mesh, and the production capacity covers 0.5 to 45 tons/hour, which is suitable for the powder preparation needs of multiple industries such as building materials, chemicals, coatings, metallurgy, environmental protection, and papermaking.

Grinding mill production line configuration:

The complete set of ultrafine grinding production line is mainly composed of hammer crusher, bucket elevator, storage bin, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, micro powder grinding host, variable frequency classifier, double cyclone powder collector, pulse dust removal system, high-pressure fan, air compressor and electrical control system.

The bulk raw materials are first crushed to a particle size suitable for grinding (about 1cm) by a hammer crusher, and then sent to the storage bin via a bucket elevator. The materials are evenly fed into the grinding host through an electromagnetic vibrating feeder, and the fineness of the finished product is achieved by adjusting the speed of the classifier, and finally the packaging can be completed by a manual or automatic micro powder packing machine. According to different production needs, different specifications and models of grinding mill equipment can be selected.

Ultrafine grinding mill structure composition:

The main body of the equipment includes the main machine, reducer, analyzer, fan, bypass powder collector, maintenance platform and electric control cabinet. Auxiliary equipment includes jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, storage bin, etc. The overall structure is compact and reasonable, easy to install and maintain.

Working principle of ultrafine grinding mill:

When the equipment is running, the main motor drives the main shaft and turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the roller pin located on the edge of the turntable drives the grinding roller to roll at high speed in the grinding ring raceway. The crushed materials are sent to the storage bin by the bucket elevator, and then evenly scattered into the bulk material plate on the upper part of the turntable through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and the inclined feed pipe. The materials are thrown around under the action of centrifugal force and enter the grinding ring raceway. They are repeatedly impacted, squeezed and ground by the ring roller to form ultra-fine powder.

The ground powder enters the classifier under the suction of the high-pressure fan. The coarse particles that do not meet the standards are returned for re-grinding, and the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the air flow and is discharged as a finished product through the discharge valve. The residual micro dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and discharged through the fan and muffler, and the environmental protection standard is met.

Operation precautions of ultrafine grinding mill:

Check the bearing temperature regularly: If the temperature rises abnormally, you should immediately check the lubrication condition, whether the transmission part is abnormal, whether the rolling distance is too tight, and other factors. If necessary, stop the machine for investigation.

Check the belt tension: If the transmission belt is too loose, it will affect the grinding efficiency. If it is too tight, it may cause the bearing to heat up, increase power consumption, and shorten the service life. Appropriate tension should be maintained.

Transmission parts are firm and reliable: All connectors must be tightened with special tools, and it is strictly forbidden to use hammers or other tools to hit them directly.

Pneumatic system maintenance: During the operation of the equipment, the pneumatic components and gas line connections should be frequently checked for leaks or damage, and the gas supply pressure should be confirmed to be up to standard. At the same time, check whether the synchronous belt has deviation, jump, wear and other phenomena, and adjust or replace it if necessary. The oil mist device needs to be regularly filled with 20# spindle oil to ensure that the gas path is unobstructed and prevent blockage.
